Shipping/Delivery Options

Most orders are shipped directly from our warehouse using standard 5-day delivery schedules. Item(s) in stock are shipped by next business day. Item(s) not in stock are generally shipped in 3-5 business days. Depending on product availability, we may -at our discretion- send you a partial shipment of item(s) we already have in stock, for best customer service experience. The remainder order will then ship at a later date at no extra charge to the customer.
Please note: We do not ship international orders in partial shipments. Your order will not ship until all items are in stock. As certain product lines take more fulfillment time than others, we will keep you informed through email with timely order status updates.

Standard shipping (3-7 business days): We use United States Postal Service (USPS) or DHL under most circumstances. Occassionally some products may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, who may use other carriers such as FedEx or UPS.

Expedited shipping (1-3 business days) to street addresses (excludes PO Boxes) within United States ONLY may be made by special request. The fee is $18.00 for the first item, and $1.00 for each additional item purchased in one order. Your item(s) will be shipped via DHL Express.
Please note that when you choose Expedited shipping, it will not speed up the time it takes to process an order—it will only speed up the time-in-transit.

We offer International Shipping to select destinations by request only. We will send you an email notification with applicable shipping & handling fee based on the destination and package weight after reviewing your order. The order will be processed for shipment, once we receive your acceptance email for additional charges.

Please note that the following conditions apply to all international orders:

  • Purchaser assumes risk for any and all product confiscated by import/export authority. Herbal eStore cannot assume such risk and cannot refund purchase price for any such product. It is the purchaser's responsibility to know their country's customs regulations relating to the product(s) they wish to import. Purchaser is responsible for your country's applicable import duties and taxes. If you choose not to pay these charges upon delivery, your package will be abandoned and there will be NO refund issued under any circumstances.
  • In the event an order is returned to us undelivered for any other reason, we will refund the price of the purchased item(s) ONLY. A return merchandise fee of $15 will also be applied. The original Shipping & Handling fee you paid for such returned order is not refundable.

The FREE shipping over $50 purchase offer applies to addresses within 48 contiguous United States ONLY via standard shipping. All other addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates, territories, APO/FPO/military bases are excluded from this offer.

If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please call or send us an e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible.

Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.)

Sales Tax
State sales taxes (when applicable) are applied to all shipments within our home State. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the cash register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. If you have a question about sales tax, please contact the store via e-mail, phone or at your next visit.

Payment Policy
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon shipment. Sales tax will be added, where applicable. You will receive a shipment confirmation E-mail.

Return Policy

Please check the item(s) in the package and report via phone or email any error such as - incorrect item or quantity, physical damage in transit etc. - within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will send you replacement item(s) for shipping and handling errors caused by us.
Full refunds are provided (less the original shipping & handling fee) for unopened products returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customer must pay for the return shipment. A copy of your receipt or order number is required with the product for a full refund.

Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
